The Chairman of the Association of Local Government Associations of Puntland (ALGAPL) and the Mayor of the Puntland Capital of Garowe Mr. Ahmed Said Muse will attend the 9th African Summit to be held in KISUMU Kenya from 17 – 21 May 2022.
The Chairperson will address the conference on “The experience of the Garowe City for the diversity and inclusion in local and regional governments in a context of political and institutional transition as well as the digital and smart transformation of local governments.
