Garoowe: 9/Sep/2025. The conference was officially opened by the Vice President of Puntland, Mr. Ilyaas Osman Lugatoor. We also heard inspiring speeches from the minister of the Ministery of Interior of Puntland, Mr. Abdi Farah Juha; the Director General of the Ministry, Mr. Mohamed Ali Farmayeeri; the Mayor of Garowe and Chairman of the Association, Albdulkadir Geedi, Mr. Jama Dhegadheere, and representatives from VNGI, a partner organization of ALGAPL.
In addition, the Executive Director of the Association Mr. Mohamed Abdi Xalwad presented the vision of the Association, the achievements accomplished so far, and the existing challenges.
