Qardho: on 21st, December, 2024. The high committee of the Puntland Local Government Association (ALGAPL) held a 3-day meeting in Qardho District. The meeting was was opened by Mr. Abdulkadir Geed, Chair of the ALGAPL. Following his speech, the committee heard a report from Mr. Mohamed Abdi Halwad, Director of the ALGAPL. The director shared important issues concerning the organization, including matters that need approval and are a priority for the organization. These issues included the budget, plans for the coming year, and the organization’s policies.
After discussion and review, the committee considered all the points raised.
The was also attended by representatives from the Local Government Association of Netherlands (VNGI), which is a partner organization of ALGAPL.
