The director of the local government association Mohamed Abdi Mohamud is on working trip to Rwanda, along with general directors and district governors. Yesterday, they where welcomed to the capital of Rwanda by the Rwanda cooperation agency and they gave general information about the country and the places they will go on their work trip.
Today they officially opened their meeting, they visited ministry of emergency management and the ministry of local government affairs and presented the way they work, how the ministry is structured and their role in disaster management, and they also had a lot of discussion. The tripe was facilitated by VNG international.
