Garowe: The Director of the Association of Local Government Authorities of Puntland (ALGAPL), Mohamed Abdi Xalwad, and the Head of Planning of the organization visited the Puntland Election Commission (PEC).
The meeting was an exchange of information and introductions, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two parties to accelerate the democratization process and the elections of Local councils in Puntland.
